Central position in Shanghai. The hotel is very close to subway main lines . We spent 4 nights there. Comfortable room, with large sized bed. Bathroom with tub and curtain as a shower, but practical and clean. Breakfast was tasty and varied (both Asian and western style. Personnel and concierge were competent and available. Overall, I found that the service vs price offered is of value vs other hotels in Shanghai, if you are not looking for luxury.

Convenient location. The hotel is close to subway station. A few bus routes stop steps away. The room is clean and has a closet, safety deposit box, umbrella, iron and ironing board. The hotel also offers different types of pillows to suit individual preference. Breakfast includes both Western and Chinese styles. Staff are well trained and professional. The gym has adequate fitness facilities.

The staff are professional, helpful and effective, more so than some international chain hotels I stayed. Though it is an older hotel, it is kept clean and in good condition. The location is superb, right next to Xujiahui subway station and shopping malls with plenty of eateries.

Nice sized rooms right above the subway station almost, the subway itself it a walk underneath but it's most subway stations in China! Very clean, friendly staff And overall good experience. Location is not in the centre but 30 mins by subway to the bund area

Extremely helpful snd friendly reception and front desk, 23rd floor staff. Metro entrance 20 m from hotel very easy. Central distruct with high buildings and a church

The hotel is well facilitated, there are even options for different types of pillows. The hotel is at the convenient location, the subway station and bus stops are very close by. The hotel staff are well trained and professional. Lots of options for breakfast. Great value for money.

the hotel has a very reasonable rate.. worth the money. It reaches its standard as a general hotel. We had breakfast at the hotel very day. There are variety of selections and delicious. Location is very easy to access. The subway entrance is right in front of the hotel. l

Close to metro entrance but quite a long walk in the station to get to the platform. Close to malls and restaurants. Staff was professional. Consistent water temperature.

Great location, the metro station entrance is just next to the hotel. Convenience store is located behind the hotel and operate 24 hours or open till late hours. Bed is very comfortable. Room is spacious. Shower water is strong. Hotel also allowed me to delay my check out time for 1 hour which is very useful.

The location is great, metro stations within a minute of walking. Also near shopping malls and other necesities. In addition, food from the hotel is quite nice
